Ray Franklin has served as a Commander in the US Navy, having retired after 26 years of continuous service. He has lead and managed multiple organizations within the Navy, including organizations within the Naval War College, USTRANSCOM, and Military Sealift Command. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and the Naval Post-graduate School in Monterey, California. Ray has been awarded a Bronze Star, for his service in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Jose "Kayo" Coruna is a renowned marksmanship expert based in the Philippines. His passion for precision shooting and dedication to scientific training methods have helped countless students achieve their goals. Coach Kayo’s unique approach combines technical skill development with mental conditioning, ensuring that each trainee reaches their full potential. He is a BZ Academy Certified Pistol Instructor. Kayo is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University. He is also a prior service officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, serving as an XO for an infantry battalion. He has numerous combat missions completed all over Mindanao, during the Global War of Terrorism, and has deep experience integrating with US forces, as well as fighting elements of Abu Sayyaf, foreign insurgent forces, and Al Qaeda trained terrorists.

Slade Villena served in the USMC as an Artillery Cannon Crewman, and is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz (Computer Science and Game Design). He has held multiple engineering positions within research organizations and private companies contributing to the Dept of Defense (UC Santa Cruz UARC @ NASA Ames, AMRDEC, Bohemia Interactive Simulations). He has been part of the QGC-Gov team at Auterion, and has direct experience as a drone engineer with multiple D.I.U. BlueUAS drone OEMs (including Skydio, Quantum Systems, ShieldAI). He also has deep experience in drone open source software (QGC/Gov, ATAK), and is an independent game developer with years of experience developing for VR/AR devices. Slade brings engineering expertise for embedded systems, sensors and visual compute, software engineering, and drone systems architecture.
